Our Torsen or helical gears LSDs are made of “FORGED” Nickel Chromoly steel, with special heat treatments and finishings like cryogenic, shot peening and WPC to increase surface hardness offering the ultimate strength and lasting, being the ideal option to those turbocharged engines with huge torque and power, like found in drag racing cars with over 1.000hp!
 
Traction capabilities and cornering speed are deeply improved with a smooth and constant distribution of power to the wheels without any pulling effect to the steering wheel unlike other LSDs.
 
Our in-house special high angle helical gear design increases traction and cornering speed to the extent that we surpass some of the plate type LSDs available in the market.
The maintenance and noise free features make our Torsen LSD the best option for any road and track day car, but also very effective with a low cost for any race, drag and rally car.
